Social Media Guidelines

These guidelines establish the rules of acceptable behaviour on any of our Social Media pages. 

Our Social Media community pages (Facebook and Twitter) are places for you to learn about our latest promotions, plans and offers, keep up-to-date on the latest Zero Mobile happenings and access help and support information.

We know rules can be boring, but they can help to create a positive, respectful and safe environment for everyone involved.

All posts by users must comply with Facebook’s Terms of Use and Twitter’s Terms of Service.  Zero Mobile Singapore does not take responsibility for user postings or discussions. We reserve the right to remove offensive or harmful posts as well as posts which do not comply with these rules.

Here are a few guidelines we apply to our online communities, please keep them in mind.



This is a facebook community page. Please be respectful of other people's opinions and feelings. This includes being respectful of your fellow users and the customer service team who will work to assist you with the information you need.


Please do not take advice you aren't comfortable with - we can't guarantee the accuracy of the content that has been posted here by other users. What we can guarantee is that Zero Mobile's official Customer Service team members will provide you with the most current and accurate information directly. Any other advice or postings on this page do not represent Zero Mobile in an official capacity. You are responsible for deciding what to do with information that has been provided by other users.


We expect that any comments, ideas, suggestions and/or feedback posted on any of our public forums is fair and accurate. 


We expect any comments added to our social media pages to be constructive and add to the discussion. 


Any posting of personal information on a public forum is not allowed. Such information, while in breach of our Social Media Guidelines, may also be in breach of privacy laws. So if you need to ask anything about your account or service, just send us a direct message or an email rather than posting it on a public page. 

Also, we can only discuss account information with the account holder. This means, we will not be able to talk to you about anything relating to someone else's account. 


Please do not post content that would constitute advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters or any other form of unauthorised solicitation. Zero Mobile Official Facebook page is not for the promotion of third-party services, products, websites or organisations.


Trolls belong under bridges, not on our Social Media community pages. We respond to most comments on our Facebook wall and will endeavour to reply to your queries as soon as we can. Abuse or constant repeated queries on posts may be deemed as trolling and a warning may be issued.


We  reserve the right to remove any posting or other material found to be off topic, inappropriate, or objectionable. Some examples of what will not be tolerated on our wall:

• Trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion
• Abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or personally attacking others
• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, or vulgar comments

• Posting of any personal information including, but not limited to, email address, phone number, and/or order number
• Hateful in language targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs
• Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading or unlawful posts/comment
• Spamming in nature
• Solicitation of goods or services
• Uploading files or links that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers


Our customer service team are authorised to act upon any users breaching any of the above rules. We reserve the right to warn users of any breach of conduct, not limited to: repeated warnings, warnings that may result in a ban, or in more serious cases, an instant ban.
